Did Haysi get re-classified to Div I in all sports?
I thought they were approved for football only, like Clintwood.

No, they are D1 for all sports. Clintwood, Coeburn and Castlewood were the only ones to drop down for football via the RC rule.

How is TS seeded higher than TW? They tied in points regular season and TS didn't play for seeding in tourney?
They both ended up with the same amount of points because TW finished fourth in the tourney.

This whole system is nothing but a watered down mess.

That's where it's messed up. TS didn't even win a game in the district tournament. TW got screwed over in this deal.
